Welcome back IA families!
We are so excited to open the doors to the second year of Innovation Academy on Monday morning. Our faculty and staff have been working hard to get ready for another exciting year.
I’m going to keep my comments brief today because the information in this week’s Beacon is important. I hope you will take the time to read it carefully this week and moving forward each Friday. There are some important changes to our processes, so I want to make sure everyone is ready to go.
– To our families, thank you for believing in our ambitious mission, and thank you for your patience as we grow.
– To our freshmen class, welcome to IA. This is a big step, and we have a great community of students and teachers who will be there to support you.
– To our sophomores, I’m excited to see the work you do as you dive deep into your pathways and other classes. It’s a big year for you.
– To our juniors, I can’t wait to see you assume the role of school leaders who set the tone for everyone that is to follow; not only the current 9th and 10th graders, but the generations ahead that will get to explore the IA Way.
Enjoy the last few fleeting moments of summer and get ready for an amazing year.
