Early in his tenure, Dr. Looney launched work sessions with his Student, Teacher and Parent Advisory Councils to create a defined set of expectations about shared rights and mutual responsibility between FCS and the community. The intent of each Bill of Rights is to support an environment of reciprocal accountability and to provide assurances that FCS has an equitable process for addressing concerns as they arise.
