We have received all the Course Verification #1 forms. The deadline was Thursday, February 16th at 4:15pm. We will not be accepting any late forms.
During this past week counseling staff met with at least 150 students each day in Flight School to advise and support scheduling. We really enjoyed this interaction with our students!
From Friday, February 17 through Friday, February 24 the counseling staff will be processing all forms. You will receive an email when your form is processed and what the outcome is.
Please limit your contact to the counseling staff during this period of time (unless it is an emergency). Students will have access to the counselors in Flight School during lunch periods for general counseling needs. They are not available to discuss schedules during this weeklong period.
Note: We still have ANOTHER round of verification (February 27 – March 2). This will be a second chance to submit changes. For students who missed the first deadline you will want to ensure you meet the second deadline. This will also be the chance to submit a waiver form to opt into a honors or AP course. Please begin the discussion at home about whether this is something you would like to do. These waiver forms will be available starting on Wednesday, February 22 and are due Thursday, March 2nd by 4:!5pm.
