Thank you cards for Teacher Appreciation Week

One of the most wonderful part of working on the PTSO is getting to see our amazing IA faculty in action. We have such talented, passionate and invested teachers & staff.

That’s why we are so excited for next week when we celebrate National Staff Appreciation and to launch a wonderful new program (and hopefully tradition) for our IA staff. Drum roll!

Announcing…orange envelopes! Each staff member will receive an orange envelope (provided by the PTSO) stuffed with notes/letters from the community, students and PTSO.

That’s where you come in! Please, please send notes from parents and/or students with the recipient name written on the outer envelope to the front office for PTSO collection.

Also, be on the lookout for our very own IA PTSO Student Advisory Committee booth where you can make cards at Phoenix Fest (rescheduled to Monday, April 17th). Not only will you get to show your appreciation of staff but also meet our student leaders that have accumulated over 600 hours of community service to IA alone! We couldn’t be more proud of the “S” in the PTSO nor could we accomplish this level of programming without their hard work and commitment.

So let’s all get writing!
