Student Schedules for 24-25 School Year
All student schedules will be finalized and visible in the parent and student Infinite Campus portal
on July 28, 2024, according to Fulton County Schools.

We will be providing more information about schedule changes and processes toward the end of July on the Beacon. Please know that all changes will be submitted through a JotForm link. No schedules changes will be made over email or by phone.

Fall Dual Enrollment Schedule Upload
We are working on finalizing dual enrollment class placements in your schedule to have them ready by July 28, 2024.

We have been made aware that spots in many classes ran out, new spots opened off of waitlist, or
you may have switched your class at the last minute after orientation or even switched your
college/university.

ALL STUDENTS MUST CLICK HERE TO UPLOAD THEIR CURRENT FALL 2024 DUAL ENROLLMENT SCHEDULE TO THIS JOTFORM – NO EXCEPTIONS. Without this information your accurate schedule will not be ready for July 28, 2024 which we do not want.

Georgia Tech acceptances will be processed by counselors when the university sends them to the
counselors directly later in July.

Virtual and Dual Enrollment Period Placement
All Dual Enrollment periods are placed at the start or the end of the day based on Senior Reduction periods, TAG Internship, or other schedule factors. As a reminder, if periods are stacked at the start or the end of the day, students are expected to be off campus during this time.

For WBL periods, these are all communicated through Dr. Medwed. The only way they can be changed is through communication with him.

Virtual Period Movement
Once schedules are visible on July 28 in the portal, there will be directions for how to change your virtual period if needed for extracurriculars and GHSA sports. To prepare for this, please have schedules for your extracurriculars, coach/director contact information, and other documentation to support the need for the change.

Students with TAG internship and WBL:
We have already attempted to move your virtual period to align with your TAG internship or WBL. It is not always possible.

We do not move virtual periods for transportation needs or sibling schedule alignment
