Great week at IA as we celebrated over 100 students that had straight A’s at the midterm, in our Flying Aces celebration that included a certificate, a Phoenix egg hunt, and prizes. In addition we hosted 90 architects, The Hamilton Hotel, and the innovation team from Wellstar hospital. Monday evening we’ll have the general PTSO meeting and celebrate our retiring board member, Mrs. Katie Reeves. Thursday evening we’ll have our first Evening of Excellence to recognize some more spectacular students.
The next few weeks are critical for focus as we prepare for End of Course and AP exams. Remember that the EOC test count 20% of the final grade and AP scores can determine college credit. It may a good time to discuss time management with your student and review screen time.
