This week, our very own Reema Mistry raked in the awards at the FCS CTAE Student of the Year Banquet. Reema, a junior in the IT pathway, represented IA during the ceremony at the Mercedes Benz Stadium. She spoke very eloquently about her passion for IT and Engineering and about the impact of the experiences she has had at IA through her pathway. Reema is a leader in and out of the classroom: she is deeply involved with the Outreach program and has made a strong impact herself on younger FCS students through the countless events she has led in elementary schools.
In addition to Reema being recognized, Senior DJ Bassett, gave an insightful and uplifting Inspiration Speech to a captivated audience.
Junior Timi Akinyele was also recognized as the HOSA Region 4 representative.
