- AP Exam Attendance Policy: Students who are taking an AP Exam will be coded as “Excused – School Activity” for the full day of testing. This means students are free to arrive at the correct time to begin their exam and are free leave the building when their testing is complete. Students will not need to bring a note or stop by the front office. As a reminder, students are NOT permitted to leave the building and then return to school on the same day. Students also may not leave the building and then come back to ride a school bus at the end of the day. Students are still responsible for any class work they miss.
- Students MUST line up outside of testing room no later than 7:30 a.m. for morning exams and no later than 11:30 a.m. for afternoon exams. Groups will be entering classrooms 20 minutes prior to the start of the test time to begin bubbling their names on answer sheets. It is crucial to be on time. Check your AP account for your personal calendar for AP exams.
- Thursday May 9th is Taste of Alpharetta and there will be many road closures that may affect your route to school. Please check the map and plan accordingly.
