Parking and Safety

I want to take a moment to address a few parking concerns as we promote a system that keeps safety paramount.  Any student driving to school should register their vehicle in the front office and should only park in the front parking lot.  This will ensure your vehicle is not towed.  Please don’t park in the handicap spaces unless the passenger you are awaiting needs assistance.  We have both staff and students that need those spots. Lastly, we need our parent drivers to model safety by only using the right lane in the front of the school for drop-off and pick-up.  The left lane is only for passing.  This will ensure that students don’t cross in front of cars.  If you really don’t want to wait, consider a 4:30 pick-up where the traffic is all clear.

Grades and Student Progress

4.5 weeks grades are in and provide a great opportunity to discuss your child’s progress.  If they have questions about their grade, guide them in communicating their concerns.  This is a valuable skill to build as they learn to self-advocate.  As always, thanks for your support and entrusting us with your children.
