Our MAP assessments will be given within the student’s Math and ELA class periods during the week of August 22-26.

The NWEA MAP assessment is a computer adaptive test that measures skills in Reading and Math. MAP is used as a universal screener and a nationally normed assessment. The results help determine a student’s overall academic performance level and identify students who may benefit from additional services or supports to meet their learning needs.

MAP scores are entered into the grade book.

Who takes MAP?

Students in grades 9-12 take MAP one to two times a year. Students are required to take this assessment.

When is MAP given?

Grades 9-12 Fall Administration: August 8 – September 26, 2022
