Going on a college or university visit?
If you plan to be away from school due to a college or university visit, please choose the following options for the absence to be excused:
- Complete a preapproved absence form with parent note attached. This form needs to be turned in five days prior to the absence and you can pick up a form in the front office.
- Provide the front office with an excuse note from the college or university. Colleges and universities will provide students with documentation of the visit.
