9-11th grade students will take the PSAT at Innovation Academy (IA) on Thursday, October 12th.
If your student is supported by a 504 plan or IEP, your student might be eligible for testing accommodations for the PSAT. Please note staff at IA are not the decision makers in this process. The College Board will make the decision whether accommodations are approved.
If given parent/guardian consent, Chris Bray will submit all required documents to the College Board. Below is the link to the parent consent form. Mr. Bray cannot initiate this process without parent consent.
