We are excited about the new programming that is being planned for our Flex Fridays this
year. The following details important information about Flex Fridays as well as the schedule. Please note that Flex Fridays for the spring will be released later this year.

Important Reminders for Flex Fridays:

• These days are school days for both our on-campus students and our students working asynchronously at home.
• IA PD Days are considered an asynchronous school day for all students. Work is assigned by teachers, and deadlines for the day must be met.
• To be on campus for Flex Friday, students MUST sign up on the IA Event Website every time.
• Tutoring hour is held every Flex Friday and should be utilized more frequently for students who need extra support.
• Attendance on your assigned Flex Friday is required for all grades, 9th – 12th. Students with internships, dual enrollment, and work-based learning should arrange to attend on their assigned day as it is considered a school day.
• Our magnet requirement is for students to obtain 12 Flex Friday credit hours each year. Every Flex Friday workshop is worth 1 credit hour.
