On Friday, IA became home to 40,000 bees and 4 queens. Next week, the Beekers will release the queens in the beehive where they will be followed by all 40,000 bees who will only need a short 15 minutes to find their queen and settle in!
But it’s not all. Due to the extraordinary efforts of the IA Beeks Club, we now have several bottles of honey for sale beginning today. The honey was locally grown from our very own apiary.
