If your student is planning to bring a guest from another school to prom, they will need to have the Prom Guest form filled out by the guest’s parent and school administrator. They also need to attach a photocopy of their ID.
Prom Guest Forms have been messaged and available to students since early March when prom was announced in IA Student Teams and at the front desk. These forms are due to the front office fully completed with all items on Tuesday, April 18th.
No prom guest from another school will be allowed to enter prom without a form on file. IDs of all guests will be checked at the door.
