Families of 10th grade students will be required to submit 2 proofs of residency at the start of the school year using this link. Please bring physical copies of the proofs of residency on Information Day. It is FCS Board Policy that parents must upload an electronic copy of the documents and bring in a physical copy of the same documents for staff to verify on Information Day.
Please note that the list of acceptable documentation has changed: driver’s license, insurance document, and paycheck stub are no longer accepted. If you cannot print the documents, you will log into your account at the Proof of Residency table and show staff the electronic documents.
If proof of residency is not provided, the student will be provisionally enrolled for a period of 30 days starting on Monday, August 7th. The student will be withdrawn if the residency requirement is not met by Friday, September 8th.
The documents must contain the guardian’s name, current address, and they must be the permanent place of residence of the student.
