We are pleased to provide an opportunity to travel to Japan in May 2025. The trip will include, but is not limited to, visiting Tokyo, Hiroshima, and Osaka. For all students but especially rising juniors who will be experiencing IA’s Research and Pinnacle Project, we are planning to personalize the experience with interactions with a STEM high school in Japan. This trip is not school- or district-sponsored and students are not required to participate in this travel-based learning experience.
Planning a trip like this requires that we book several months in advance. We also want families to have as much time as possible to pay for this experience. In order to ensure that we have a large enough group of travelers for the trip to happen, we need to know by February 29 whether or not you are committed to your student traveling with us as part of this class experience.
We need a minimum of 10 students enrolled on this trip by February 29 to proceed with planning to travel in May 2025. Once we know we have at least 10 students, we will host a parent information session to review the trip information in more detail and finalize enrollment on the trip. Signing up now ensures that you receive a $200 early enrollment scholarship and the lowest possible pricing.

*You will be required to pay a $95 enrollment fee and your student will automatically be placed on a waitlist. This allows you to receive a refund of your enrollment fee if we do not meet our minimum of 10 travelers or if you no longer wish to travel after attending the information session.
