It’s been a busy semester for IA’s Math Team! Here are some highlights from this semester:
Georgia Math League:
After Round 2 last month, Innovation Academy is currently ranked fourth in the state. Several of our students are also ranked individually statewide.

We had Round 3 on Tuesday, 12/13 – and we will be submitting a perfect team score for this round! We’ll know our updated ranking in January.
AMC 10/12
In October, several of our students participated in the AMC 10 or the AMC 12. Here are our top scorers:

Kennesaw State
In October, we had 15 students participate in the KSU Math Tournament. Of those 15, 10 students scored in the top 10% of the state and were invited to participate in round 2 in February. Those students are: Jeffrey Zhou, Adhav Ravikumar, Christopher Lee, Cyrus Zhou, Siddarth Suresh, Chloe Sun, Audrey Sun, Zinnun Malikov (School Winner), Loku Agrawal, Dhruv Vaz
UGA
We placed 8th out of 45 teams at the completion. Three students placed individually in the top 40 (of 159 students): Cyrus (14th), Siddarth (29th), Dhruv (32th).

Rockdale County
We finished 6th out of 21 schools in the large school division (and 9th overall) – the best of any Fulton County public school!
Two students, Dhruv Vaz and Siddarth Suresh, ranked 15th individually.
