Computer Science and Engineering

Registration for summer camps is now open. We have two different ones this summer: Mission Possible and Data Science Summer camps. Please see below for more information and the links for direct registration. If you need financial aid, please fill out the registration until the payment and save it. Then, please send Tuba Ketenci the appropriate documentation via email (tuba.ketenci@isye.gatech.edu)

Mission Possible – 07/17/23-07/21/23 9am – 5pm – 9th-12th Grades

In this one-week summer program, you will participate in interactive learning sessions and field trips (including the management side of Coke) to learn how Industrial Engineers are currently changing the world and their plans to shape the future. The week will end with a game competition to demonstrate all that you have learned. Come and join the challenge to see if you have what it takes to become an Industrial Engineer and one day make the impossible possible! The participants will meet with the world, well-known top faculty and join their interactive sessions. It is a very popular camp and it fills up quickly.

Seth Bonder Camp in Computational and Data Science –Level 1

The other one is data science camps which have three levels. The first level introduces programming through SNAP visual block-based programming. The advanced participants may get to work on data science projects. The successful completion may lead to a paid internship for the next upcoming summer. The Seth Bonder Summer Camps in Computational and Data Science for Engineering are intended for high school students interested in computer science and engineering who have no or minimal background in data science and computer programming. The camps only require that participants are able to use a browser and have the desire to learn computational and data science through meaningful and exciting applications, in machine learning, optimization, computational social science, and genomics.
