IA student dancing her way to Paris Opera Ballet

Elsa Kusky is a sophomore at Innovation, and this has been a big year for her. She recently won first prize in her division of classical ballet at the Universal Ballet Competition, and she will be joining the summer intensive program this July at the Paris Opera Ballet in France. Elsa has also received full tuition scholarships to intensives at Boston Ballet and Vitacca Ballet in Houston.

IA is a great fit for Elsa because it is filled with students who are heavily invested in their passions. Most people she knows at school are also super involved. It’s nice to know that she isn’t the only one stress-screaming into her pillow some days.

When not dancing, studying, or pillow-screaming, Elsa enjoys reading, crochet, hanging out with friends and family, and going out for coffee.
