Rain, Rain, Go AWAY!
There is always a risk for outdoor events in the spring and unfortunately Mother Nature is not cooperating with us for this year’s Phoenix Fest. Due to the nature of the weather projected for Thursday afternoon, we are forced to shift to our rain date of Monday, 4/17.
We understand that this will be inconvenient to many and we do apologize. Our goal is to do whatever we can to host a complete event for our students and families! We sincerely appreciate your patience and continued support as we navigate this process.
- If you or your student had signed up for a volunteer shift, please see separate email regarding volunteering on Monday.
- Pre-order wristband sales will continue thru 11:59pm, Sunday 4/16 on the PTSO website (https://www.iaptso.org/packet/7748). Bands will be $20 pre-order, $25 at the gate.
- Pre-ordered bands and t-shirts may be picked up during lunch in the Hanger on Monday 4/17 or at the event.
- RISING 9th GRADERS – Be sure to come by the IA table at Phoenix Fest to pick up your Welcome Gift!
