Hey there Innovation Academy Family,
Today is National Employee Appreciation Day. I try to keep these letters focused on our students and families, so I debated whether to send this letter today. Yet, once I thought about the impact these incredible people have on our students, I decided this was a perfect opportunity.
I wanted to take a moment to shine a spotlight on the incredible individuals who make Innovation Academy the vibrant and nurturing environment it is. Our dedicated team, encompassing both instructional and support staff, goes above and beyond to ensure that every one of our students receives a world-class education. Their commitment, creativity, and passion make IA unique and special.
Our teachers, with their innovative approaches and commitment to excellence, inspire our students to challenge themselves and explore the possibilities of their potential. Equally, our support staff, often the unsung heroes, ensure the smooth operation of the school, creating a safe and welcoming environment conducive to learning. Together, they form an exceptional team, fostering a community where curiosity is encouraged and passions can be pursued.
In celebration of their extraordinary contributions, I’d like to invite you to join us in this expression of gratitude. Take a moment to ask your child about an adult at IA who has made a difference in their day, offered support, or simply made them smile. As a reminder, that trusted adult, may not be a teacher, it could be anyone that your child feels cares for them and wants them to succeed. We’d love for you to share these stories with us. A quick email highlighting these positive interactions not only acknowledges the hard work of our staff but also strengthens the bonds within our community.
