Ms. Dilworth, what is something you enjoy doing in your spare time?
In my spare time I love to travel, gardening, swim, and spend time with my family, friends and grandchildren.
How you feel about teaching/supporting students?
I love the interaction with all our students at Innovation Academy. In my role I get the flexibility of offering guidance to all our students as they navigate their Virtual classes.
Something unique about your teaching/working style?
The most unique aspect of this position is the ability to work with students in so many different areas of the school. One day we can meet in the hanger and the next day I can work with students in the workout room or the launch pad. The flexibility to check in with a student while they are engaged in a ping-pong game or playing the piano is so incredibly unique.
Something most people don’t know about you.
I am obsessed with all historical aspects of Abe Lincoln.
Ms. Paxton, what is something you enjoy doing in your spare time?
Fornite, Hiking, Camping, movies
How you feel about teaching/supporting students?
Students are the heart and soul of education. They are the most important piece to our daily decision making. Listening to the students is such an important role.
Something unique about your teaching/working style?
On the outside looking and sometimes even on the inside, it may look like we are having a good time. It may seem like the students are talking and moving around.
Something most people don’t know about you.
I really like cats.
